60' Pacemaker 60' Flushdeck Motoryacht
Impeccably maintained traditional motoryacht.
Made during the height of Egg Harbor New Jersey boat building. There were five major manufacturers situated in a small harbour producing some of Americas finest yachts. Designed by C.P. Leek & Sons who were one of the most respected builder of their times. When built, this boat was state of the art, well engineered, using sound and solid techniques, and the finest timbers and wood available. All this is still very apparent as soon as you step aboard. A Flushdeck Motoryacht gives you a very practical layout with plenty of room for family and friends. Do not dismiss a wooden yacht, there is plenty of enjoyment still in this beautiful classic yacht, one to be admired for years to come.
Accommodations
Step aboard via a wide swim grid and aft stairs or if dockside up a set of beautiful boarding stairs to the wide side deck. Aft deck is covered and enclosed entertaining area, perfect for evening sitting and relaxing. Forward through a set of sliding doors is the helm station, with a full bar and settee Helm station allows for great all around visability, instruments are well set out for easy reading for command and control. Forward to port are the stairs down to the main salon, full width and bright with plenty of windows for light. Couches and chairs, TV and full bar with seats finishes the room off. The machinery space is below the main salon with access through a large hatch by the bar. Forward is a third stateroom of bunk beds, private heads with shower, lots of cupboards and drawers.
Aft of the Salon is the large u-shaped galley on the starboard side, full size fridge, and full stove and range. across from the galley is a built in dinette and table with room for six. Further down the companion way aft is the second guest stateroom to starboard, built in bunk beds, cupboards and drawers, Across the hall is the guest heads. Finally aft is the full width master stateroom, port lights on three sides for plenty of daylight and ventilation, plenty of drawers, cupboards and full heads with shower stall.
From the aft deck you have access on each side via wide side decks to the bow, or up a ladder to the flybridge which had a full command station and seating for six for all to sit and enjoy the coastal scenery
