97' Hargrave Raised Pilothouse

It is hard to imagine a more ready to go yacht in the 100’ size range.  (see recent improvement section).  Fully painted, engines rebuilt, new teak decking, newer electronics, updated soft goods.

Boasting five ensuite cabins, crew for four and walkaround side decks, this Raised Pilot House Hargrave really stands out from her sisterships.

WALKTHROUGH

Entering the NEXT CHAPTER is easy via a (8) step Marquipt boarding ladder from one of four hinged boarding gates.

Walk-around side/decks make the yacht very crew friendly and adds to owner’s privacy from crew traffic.  The spacious aft deck has both fixed and loose seating around a high gloss mahogany table.  A refrigerator and easy steps to the flybridge and swim platform round out the features of this area.

A pneumatic salon entry door reveals a huge salon with a port side seating group, pop-up TV to starboard and an enlarged round dining table forward.  A starboard side passageway leads to the Day Head, steps to the raised pilothouse and the Country Kitchen Galley.

A very private VIP cabin with a centered queen size berth is forward.  The other four cabins are reached by steps on the port side of the salon.  Aft is the king size master with his and her heads separated by a large shower.  Forward is a full beam VIP with the head to port.  Between are two twin cabins each with a full head and shower.

The huge Flybridge has a raised helm area, a walk behind bar to starboard and large seating areas with tables port and starboard covered by a large FRP hardtop.

The boat deck offers freezer and additional seating when the Chaos tender is launched.

A door in the transom leads to two over/under berth cabins each with their own head and shower to accommodate four crew.

The engine room is next forward.
