Tabasco completed an extensive refit in the spring of 2022 at the hands of the Viking Service Center South.  During the refit her main engines where completely overhauled by CAT and they carry Caterpillar Platinum Protection until March 7, 2026.

She was also outfitted with Seakeeper 18 (with warranty), teak decking, upgraded electronics and all new interior as well as numerous other upgrades.
