This 1994, 44’ Island Packet 44 is a fantastic sailboat for adventures to the Bahamas and beyond! With her 13’ 1” beam, 6’ 4” headroom in the salon and LOA of 44 feet, MANDALAY makes a perfect live aboard as well. In the salon you will find a full galley area; two double berth staterooms and two separate full privacy heads with shower, head and sinks (one (1) with bathtub.
MANDALAY FEATURES a new (2015) Yanmar 75HP Diesel Engine, Transmission and Racor Filter; a nice electronics package (see below); two air-conditioning units with one being new in 2018; all sails (mainsail, genoa and jib) in good condition along with all of the new (2015) standing rigging; and also features a spacious salon area below deck and comfortable cockpit area (with enclosure) as well to entertain your guests.

Other Updates and Notations: Two (2) new plastic fuel tanks replaced in 2020; New Holding 2020; Anchor, Rode & Chain (300 feet)’ new in 2015; New Maxwell Electric Windlass Anchor System in 2022. Standard Rigging: All replaced with new in 2015. Cockpit Enclosure with Side Curtains all new in 2015; Two (2) new (2022) Lithium Batteries 400 (AH) amp hours; Owner has new (in 2022) controllers that are included but are not installed. New 30 gallon Hot Water Tank in 2018.
